1. About This Service
The Still Writing Society offers handwritten letters delivered by post. By purchasing any subscription or one-time plan from our website, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Types of Plans
2.1 Monthly Subscription (Auto-Renewing)
The Monthly Subscription is a recurring plan. Your payment method will be charged every month, and your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel (see Section 4).
2.2 Six-Month Correspondence (One-Time Purchase)
This is a non-renewing plan. A single payment covers six monthly letters. Your plan ends automatically after the last letter is mailed.
2.3 Twelve-Month Correspondence (One-Time Purchase)
This is a non-renewing plan. A single payment covers twelve monthly letters. Your plan ends automatically after the last letter is mailed.
There are no automatic renewals for the six-month or twelve-month plans. If you wish to continue after your plan ends, you may purchase a new one or switch to the Monthly Subscription.
3. Billing
3.1 Monthly Subscription
Your card is charged on the date you sign up and again on that same date each billing cycle.
3.2 One-Time Plans
Six-month and twelve-month plans are charged as a single upfront payment.
3.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until payment is completed.
4. Managing or Cancelling Your Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by contacting us at letters@thestillwritingsociety.com or by managing your account if available on our website.
When you cancel:
Your subscription will not renew again.
Any letters already included in your paid period will still be mailed.
Cancellations do not apply retroactively.
5. Updating Your Mailing Address
You are responsible for ensuring that your mailing address is correct. You may update it by contacting us at any time.
Address changes submitted after the monthly mailing date may only take effect for the next month.
We cannot replace letters sent to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Letters are mailed once per month. Delivery time varies depending on your location and postal service conditions.
We are not responsible for:
delays caused by postal services or customs
undeliverable mail due to incorrect addresses
lost mail once the letter has been handed to the postal service

8. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how your data is collected and used.
9. Intellectual Property
All letters, illustrations, text, and designs created by The Still Writing Society are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, scan, publish, or distribute any materials without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
