When will my letter be mailed?

All letters are mailed once per month, usually around the 7th. If you join after the mailing date, your first letter will go out the following month.

What’s inside each letter?

Each letter explores a theme, story, or moment of calm. Think of it as a small piece of reflection and curiosity, created to bring a pause to your month.

Is this handwritten?

No — the letters are thoughtfully designed and printed on high-quality paper, then mailed to you. This ensures consistency and clarity for every subscriber.

Can I gift this?

Yes! Both the six- and twelve-month correspondence plans make beautiful gifts.

Can I cancel the Monthly plan?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Any prepaid letters that haven’t been mailed yet will still be sent.

What if my letter hasn't arrived?

Mail can be slow. If your letter hasn’t arrived after our estimated delivery window, just contact us — we will help.

Can I change my address?

Of course. Just email us and we’ll update your next mailing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We mail our letters anywhere in the world, with shipping already included in the plan price. No unexpected costs.
